What is the booking and payment policy?
- Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
- High Season: 50% of the balance due 28 days prior; full payment 14 days before arrival.
- Mid Season: 50% of the balance due 28 days prior; full payment 14 days before arrival.
- Low Season: Full balance due 7 days before arrival.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. Merchant fees apply (Visa/MasterCard 2.2%, Amex 3.5%).
What is the cancellation policy?
- High & Mid Season: Cancellations outside 28 days receive a refund or credit minus a $50 fee. Inside 28 days forfeit all monies.
- Low Season: Cancellations outside 14 days receive a refund or credit minus a $50 fee. Inside 14 days, 50% of monies forfeited; inside 7 days, all monies forfeited.
- COVID-19: No special cancellation policies apply for COVID-19 related issues.
Can I make changes to my booking?
- Outside Cancellation Period: Changes can be made free of charge. Notify our team as soon as possible.
- Transfer Conditions: Transfers are subject to management discretion and may change.

What should I know about travel insurance?
We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, event cancellations, medical expenses, and personal baggage loss or damage. Refunds will not be made due to weather conditions/events within the cancellation period.
